MIASIN means “together” in Armenian. And here, everything starts together: a family, knitting machines, and an obsession with knit done right.
From Clamart to Bulgaria
Before it was a brand, Miasin was our workshop. Our parents ran a knitting workshop in Clamart, France, before leaving in 2004 to build a knitting factory in Bulgaria. It was there, between the yarn cones and the rhythm of the machines, that our brand was born — when I joined the family factory after design school to knit my first pieces.
No Print. Just Knit.
At Miasin, nothing is printed. A number, a stripe, a camouflage: every motif is built in jacquard, directly into the structure of the knit. That changes everything — the motif will never fade, because it is not laid onto the garment: it is the garment.
Straight from the factory
We own our production tool. No middlemen, no hidden margin: what you pay for is the yarn, the know-how and the knitting time. That is what lets us offer fully knitted pieces at prices no brand without a factory can hold.
