Store Hosting

Our store is hosted by "Shopify". They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Purpose

These terms aim to define the modalities of use, order placement, payment, and delivery between the website www.miasin.co and the customer.

Products

All products for sale on www.miasin.co are offered subject to availability. The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Placing an Order

The customer can choose items from our catalog and add them to their "Cart". Before finalizing an order, the customer can at any time view and modify the details of their order. Validating an order constitutes acceptance of our T&C.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. Please contact us for return information.

Liability

Miasin is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from force majeure, attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or attributable to the customer.

Prices

The prices of the products are displayed and invoiced in euros. Customs fees may be requested for orders destined for countries outside the European Union.

Payments and Security

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card via PayPal or Stripe. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

Pre-Order Terms
